What helps most

The problem in your own words before the solution you have in mind. Often they are different.
Platform and rough volume — orders a month, active subscribers, number of SKUs.
A budget band, even a wide one. It changes what I recommend, not whether I reply.
Whether anything is already half-built, and by whom.

Attachments are welcome

Designs, wireframes, Figma exports, screenshots of what is going wrong.
An existing spec, a proposal from someone else, a database schema.
Anything you would otherwise spend a paragraph describing.

Nothing here is a commitment on either side. If we do go ahead and you need an NDA before sending anything sensitive, say so in the message and I will send one back before you attach a thing.
