Not case studies. An inventory. I am not a specialist who arrives to bolt one clever thing onto somebody else's build. Twenty-six of the projects below were written from scratch — theme, templates, database, the lot — and the integrations, configurators and migrations happened inside sites I had already built. Everything nameable is listed here, linked where the site is still up.
Product catalogue with order form, a WebGL shade configurator, and full two-way ERP integration. Customer profiles and ecommerce for configurable products. Built from scratch via Jola CGI and maintained for nine years.
Subscription multisite with a bookstore, online donations, a large book catalogue, Amazon integration and Mailchimp. Database and live subscriptions migrated from the old system without interrupting payments.
Second site on the same multisite. Newsletter subscriptions promoting authors and theology, with news. Live subscribers migrated off a legacy subscription system with payments running throughout.
Magazine portal with a gated area for medical professionals. Wallet system lets clinicians buy credit, sit an exam and receive the document required for specialisation renewal.
Women's healthcare magazine on the same platform, with a newsletter system promoting articles to readers.
Subscription news portal with a wallet, so readers can hold credit and pay per article rather than only by subscription. Built on top of an existing Elementor theme, extended heavily.
Art school for children. Parents open accounts, children log in, take classes, watch videos and upload work for review. I fixed the old site, then rebuilt the new one from scratch.

Large consumer electronics catalogue serving B2B and B2C across multiple languages and countries, with lead capture and a service sign-up system.

Corporate site covering solutions, industries, news and contact. Built one version and maintained it for three years.
Summer IT school for children — curriculum, schedules and information for a free annual programme.
Single-page site for an annual educational event run by Comtrade. Built from scratch, deployed and updated for a year. Still standing and in use eight years later.
Wedding invitations, cards and printing with a large catalogue and a configurator for choosing colour, paper and text before ordering. Maintained for eight years.

Homeowners association site and forum. Two hundred unit owners log in to vote, discuss and access documentation — a voting system in daily use.
MVP for a laundry business — services, locations, contact and local SEO — built from the owner's own design.
Private children's clinic. Designed and built from scratch on a bare-bones theme, then handed over. Ran for around twelve years.
Driving school with a full test-practice system — learners work through quizzes, score points and prepare for the theory exam. Built from scratch, maintained for thirteen years.
Handball referee association portal — schedules, referee profiles and experience, with advanced filtering. Referees log in and use it as their working database. Still running in its original design.
Charity platform collecting donations for individuals needing medical assistance. Built from scratch, handed over in 2015, still collecting donations in 2026.
Sports portal with news, publishing and live results. Not maintained since 2013; has taken millions of visits in the years since.
Convention site built from scratch as an MVP — event information, ticket sales, programme and schedules.
Consumer electronics and computer parts, with a large catalogue, filtering and an order form. Still online in the version I shipped, fifteen years on.

Most of what I have built is not on this page. Everything nameable is listed above and cross-checked against my Toptal profile. The rest breaks down like this — agency work where the end client is not mine to name, work under NDA, and sites long since replaced. It still happened, so it is still counted.
Every one with a live link where the site still exists. Some I stopped maintaining a decade ago.
Split roughly evenly between NDA work and internal tools, intranets and sites since retired. I can usually describe the shape of the work on a call, just not who it was for.
Sixteen years of invoices. I am recovering these from old repositories as I find them.
